PROJECT | ON-BOARDING

Create an on-boarding presentation series for respective internal departments within Meritain Health. New hires were getting lost within the organization's intricate web of subdivisions, so we were tasked with creating a concept that helps them better understand their roles and feel connected.

STRATEGY

Used the concept of constellations to represent the Meritain Health internal network. Each employee is a star within a team that makes up a single constellation, which in turn creates a galaxy i.e the department. Each department is clustered together in the greater Meritain Health universe. This concept works to show how each individual is connected within their own teams, departments, and the organization as a whole.
Created presentation templates to guide speakers in preparing their respective department overviews.
