HOW THIS WORKS
( SITE MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION )
The Site Maintenance Plan works very much like most general subscription services. Basically, for a weekly or monthly recurring fee I will take care of all your digital, web-based needs. You provide the content, I'll work on getting it formatted for online publishing. This can include:
DESIGN MAINTENANCE // Fresh content (graphics, text, and site layout), routine updates, adjusting and making small miscellaneous changes, etc
E-NEWSLETTER DESIGN // Newsletter / e-mailer formatting (at this time I work exclusively with the Mailchimp platform)
The Site Maintenance Plan gives you the freedom to come to me any time during the week/month for all the little changes and/or graphics you may need, without having to be invoiced for each small design request. This saves you time and money, while taking the design work off your hands so you are free to do what you do best - running your organization and coming up with even better content! Whenever you want something added or updated on your site, just let me know and I will take care of it. Pretty nifty, huh!
WHY WOULD I USE THIS?
Sound good? I'm glad you're ready to have me on board! You can choose either a weekly subscription plan, or a monthly plan if you forsee needing frequent changes and updates to your site. Once you're subscribed, send me an email with your intitial requests and we'll get started!
All recurring active subscriptions will be billed directly through Paypal's secured transactions, unless otherwise requested. And of course, you may change or cancel your subscription plan at any time.
